Rose Rigley, Rachel Shaw, Angel Vaughn, Jack Wilkie-Jans Crystal Bustos and Charlotte Rose are Co-Directors of Cell Art Space.

2009-11

Melissa and Rebecca Edwards secured a $5,000 Cairns Regional Council grant to complete the event program T3 TALKS-TUNES-TAPAS across the months of May, June, July and August 2011. T3 fused emerging musicians, interactive panel sessions into the monthly Cell Art Space exhibition launches and employed emerging artsworkers.

Rebecca Edwards curated three exhibitions in c.1907 Contemporary Artspace giving Cell Art Space exhibitors extra opportunities to present their work.

Rebecca Edwards secured a $20,000 Arts Queensland Artist Run Initiative grant. This funded the From Summer to Spring exhibition program that ran from 4 Dec 2010 to 3 Sep 2011. Rebecca acted as the Director of the exhibition program and Melissa Edwards was appointed the Art Event Manager.

Melissa Edwards completed Arts Marketing through Deakin University developing a detailed marketing strategy for Cell Art Space.

Melissa Edwards, Rebecca Edwards, Chrissy Dwyer managed Cell Art Space, with assistance from Kirsty Mulley and Carly Whouley in 2009-10.

In late 2008 Melissa Edwards recruited a team and wrote a formal proposal to take over the management of Cell Art Space.

2004-08

Pam Lane and Deborah Cameron with assistance from Susan Doherty and Michelle Frainey managed Cell Art Space from 2004-08.

Pam Lane secured a $10,000 Arts Queensland Project Grant to fund Situational Vitrines, an exhibition by a group of Cell Art Space exhibitors at Cairns Regional Gallery.

Pam Lane secured a $5,000 Gambling Community Benefit Fund to upgrade and promote Cell Art Space, purchase display materials, professional signage and fund the production of the 2008 Cell Art Space printed exhibition calendar.

Diploma of Visual Art TAFE students, Melissa Doyle, Deborah Cameron, Judith Corrigan, Cheryl Coye and Pam Lane managed Cell Art Space for four months as part of a Business of Art course in early 2004.

2003

Julietta Henderson, Susan Doherty, Kim Prentice, Julie Foster and Susan Reid managed Cell Art Space in 2003. Susan Reid founded Cell Art Space in February 2003.
